Brand new washer/dryer, new oven, dishwasher, new Microwave,3 tvs, VCR,DVD, gas grill, 2 bikes and 2 person kayak at no charge for your enjoyment, covered deck with table & chairs facing the water with open water views, 35 foot seawall with fish cleaning table and cleats.
Expanded cable service and Wireless internet. Ceiling fans in every room. The house is fully stocked with towels and linens, also all kitchen supplies. Outside behind the house is plenty of room for your boat and a swim ladder for swimming. The house is located just off US 1 at mile marker 23, 19 miles from Key West.

Cleaning fee is $100.00 and is left on the table upon departure for cleaning personnel.
The community also charges a registration fee of $50.00 per family per stay regardless of length stay or number of people (maximum of 6 people).

No security deposit is required, however, if there are damages to the property you will be responsible for the charges incurred.

Cancellation policy: 30 days or more from arrival date - Full refund
29 days or less - $250.00 cancellation fee.
14 days or less - No refund

Hurricane policy: A full refund will be given to any unused days or cancelled reservations for any mandatory evacuation from Cudjoe Key.

NO Smoking Please. The balance is due no later than 30 days prior to occupancy.
